- CFI qualification is also accepted

- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in financial planning software and CRM tools
- ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibility
- conduct in-depth consultations to assess clients’ financial situations, mortgage needs, and insurance requirements
- provide professional, tailored advice on a range of mortgage and insurance products, including life and home insurance
- assist clients in completing mortgage and insurance applications with accuracy and attention to detail
- liaise with lenders and insurance providers to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients
- stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments in both the mortgage and insurance sectors
- build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction
