  • applicants must be able to demonstrate numerical and accountancy skills and have excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • construction industry experience is desirable

Requirements

  • accounting: 2 years
  • bookkeeping: 2 years

Responsibility

  • preparation and distribution of customer statements where required
  • weekly reconciliations of all bank accounts and credit card statements
  • preparation and posting sales invoices/credit notes
  • provide cover for miscellaneous duties where appropriate and as required
  • preparation of Applications to construction clients and reconciliation of payments on receipt
  • involvement in preparation of year-end analysis
