IDEAL FOODS is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • responsible for operational requirements for facilitating good stock management both in processing and finished product, of raw materials, packaging, ppe etc
  • overseeing and ensuring good management of despatch records and quality
  • be responsible for a team of employee's both in manufacturing and quality in two locations
  • maintain communications with the sales team and all satellite offices. Report directly to stake holders
  • provide support in customers and supplier deliveries
  • monitor third party processes, report monthly costings, performance and be reactive in resolving and preventing issues
  • maintain performance of raw material and implement changes where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction of frozen product
  • liaise with the Accounts team where necessary to ensure records are correct

Requirements

  • five plus years of operational and/or logistics management experience in the food industry
  • superior operational skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with good, motivational people management skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent time management and organisational skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • full driving licence
  • IOSH certified is also an advantage
