Responsibility
- manages end-to-end digital marketing and automation development, implementation, testing, reporting and optimisation for the business utilising Agency Partners
- first point of contact and management of external agencies to deliver optimum digital experience
- to keep abreast of, and proactivity seek, the latest technical solutions to improve our user experience
- supports the broader goals and objectives of ID Medical with digital roadmap planning
- to provide regular reports on the performance of the website and related digital activities
- responsible for stakeholder management and engagement to ensure digital automation and marketing activities are run efficiently with effective communications to the wider business as required
- provides input from a digital marketing and automation perspective, into the design and creation of new processes that improve the user experience such as logic driven workflows, chatbots and integrations
Requirements
- hubspot or similar automation platform experience essential
- experience managing external digital agencies to ensure optimum results
- proven ability to proactively seek ways to optimise the customers’ digital experience, proposing and implementing improvements as agreed
- tableau experience and recruitment background would be an advantage, but not essential
