Responsibility

  • working Hours: 35-40 hours per week
  • reporting to: Company Directors
  • responsible for: All bar staff & Site
  • accurate cashing -up and cleaning procedures are carried at end of night. Key policies and equipment are controlled and up kept
  • carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the post as requested by your line manager
  • assist with induction and training of Kitchen/bar staff
  • maintain an overview of stock and manage physical stock control during shifts, ensuring full availability of all menu items
  • ensure that all cas inancial procedures are carried out correctly and fully and that management receives all reports promptly and to the required standards
