Responsibility
- icon Hair & beauty is looking for a Stylist to join our team
- greeting guests and answering questions about services and products
- we are a full service salon that offers hair and make-up services
- stocking supplies such as blow-out brushes, combs, curlers, scissors, etc. in accordance with company policies and procedures
- we want someone who is customer service oriented, professional, and has a positive attitude
- creating an appointment based on the needs of the client. This includes scheduling appointments, taking payments, scheduling appointments, booking appointments, checking availability, answering phone calls, etc
- we are looking for a hair stylist who is passionate about their work and willing to work hard to make our clients feel beautiful
- maintaining cleanliness of the salon including sanitizing equipment and taking care of the communal areas and maintaining cleanliness of the workspace
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- at least 1 year of experience in the beauty industry preferred
- must be able to work independently and be flexible to adapt to different tasks and styles
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- must have the ability to learn new products and techniques as they are introduced or as they are taught to us by our stylists
