  • devise and implement individual and team learning and development plans in conjunction with professional and organisational requirements
  • ensure all policies and procedures in relation to children, staff and others are implemented
  • contribute to the monitoring, evaluation and review of policies and procedures as appropriate
  • provide and / or ensure supervision in conjunction with laid down standards and requirements
  • overall Purpose: To assume overall responsibility for the management of a designated Childrens home
  • responsible to: Residential Operations Director / Principal Director
