supervise and coordinate maintenance requests and maintenance jobs
arrange for repairs
manage purchases for our provisions
our Supported Living Services is a tailored service for young people aged 16 - 18 years who may be moving on from residential care and/or may have emotional and behavioural difficulties and have experienced issues such as substance abuse and exploitation
manage purchases for our head office
the amount of support they require is based upon their own individual needs and we provide continuous assessment and planning to support a positive transition to independence
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
excellent communicator both Written & Verbal
IT literate
ability to work within a team
ability to work on own initiative
reliable and flexible. . . . Ability to work within stressful environments
maintaining professional relationships with the service users
administrative experience: 1 year
