Responsibility

  • vet and onboard members into the Tiktok creator campaign
  • work cross-functionally with Tiktok Account mangers and merchants to suggest trending products and best practices in e-commerce to creators
  • maintain firm and collaborative relationships with a roster of creators, motivate creators with support and opportunities to build creator long-term trust in our company and TikTok Shop
  • nurture creators to help ramp up their sharing and growth while improving content quality and provide regular growth reports and feedback to creators to guide them in directions
  • seek and provide all accessible resources to support creators, including training, traffic, data analysis, merchandise updates, partnership opportunities, marketing resources and so on
