- due to continued expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Technical Specifications Manager for our client
- our client provides the liquid screed of choice for architects and contractors looking for high-performance and low-maintenance
- this is a field-based role, suited to a highly motivated and focused individual
- ability to work on technical specifications, present CPDs, attend tradeshows and other sales related activities associated with the industry
- manage and build strong relationships with current Channel Partners and Screeders
- achieve pre-agreed Sales Targets through sourcing and fostering new and existing business opportunities and associations
- have a strong understanding of products to provide technical support, information and guidance based on customer requirements
- maintain accurate records regarding business development activities, inbound leads, potential prospects
Requirements
- experience with construction specifications in the London market / Screeds / Self Compacting Concrete/ Concrete Technology with 5 years plus experience
- must be able to demonstrate experience of on-site technical support
- strong presentation and communication skills and aims to solve problems and find solutions
- has experience in the specification sales process
- team player who can build strong relationships with different kinds of people
- highly motivated with customer focused outlook
- IT proficient in Microsoft Windows and CRM packages
- well organised and detail orientated, including action planning and time management
