  • the individual should be able to demonstrate management and leadership skills, with a good work ethic
  • deer stalking remains the main activity, but land uses have gradually diversified to include more forestry, peatland restoration and renewables
  • therefore, the applicant will require a willingness to work across a diverse range of activities
  • the applicant will berequired to demonstrate the ability to work alone but as part of a team, with part-time ghillies required during the season

Requirements

  • previous deer stalking and management experience
  • knowledge and experience with boats
  • effective communication skills, both written and verbally
  • ATV/Argo ticket
