Responsibility
- advising employees and managers on various terms and conditions of employment
- delivering end to end onboarding for new joiners in the business
- employee relations case work such as sickness & absence management, capability management, flexible working, disciplinary and grievances
- driving continuous development and improvement within your own areas of responsibility and yourself
- working with the Learning & Development function to ensure training is delivered to all staff in a timely manner
- taking a proactive and commercial approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated
Requirements
- you possess excellent communication skills, are highly organised, proactive and a self starter
- you are highly curious & resilient; a self-starter, with a proactive, dynamic approach
- you are a brilliant relationship builder, coach and advisor, willing to challenge the status quo
- you have strong personal impact; you connect with confidence and credibility across small or larger audiences
- human resources: 5 years
- with a proven track record in an HR role in a manufacturing or logistics environment, you will be ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
