Working hours

Responsibility

  • assisting with the monitoring of legally required facilities such as first aid kits, equipment inspection checks, PPE issuing etc
  • following through the whole process of placing orders, checking of delivery notes/ chasing deliveries
  • producing life time quality packs for the works completed on site
  • logging of any incidents on site such as near misses and non-conformances
  • attending meeting with various teams including commercial, HR, Clients and the company directors
  • liaising with the client, site team and head office to ensure efficient communication and that the business is running smoothly and efficiently
  • hours would be Monday - Friday 08:00 am -16:00 pm
