Responsibility

  • promote clinical and administrative arrangement, training and care planning within the home
  • organising and motivating the carers, including agency staff, to ensure high standards of care are delivered
  • maintain and monitor the health and safety, dignity and respect of residents and maintain relationships with residents’ families
  • liaising with other healthcare professionals
  • providing the highest standards of care at all times
  • be responsive to people’s needs at all times
  • carry out regular audits to evidence a commitment to continually improving outcomes for residents
  • preparing and managing staff hourly rotas fortnightly in advance and sending wages rota matrix to finance department within one working day of the month end
