Responsibility

  • process purchase invoices and pay within agreed terms of credit, across 3 companies
  • raise sales invoices and ensure payment is received on time
  • match bank payments on a daily basis across 3 companies
  • reconcile bank on a monthly basis for 3 companies
  • manage cash flow
  • prepare accounts for quarterly VAT returns
  • prepare payroll for 30 employees
  • manage insurance policies

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years accounts experience
  • proficiency in using SAGE cloud preferable
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • personable and flexible team player
  • able to work on own initiative
  • accounting: 3 years
  • bookkeeping: 3 years
