Responsibility
- ensure staff are aware of emergency fire evacuation procedures via Clinic Manager’s induction
- ensure client database is up to date and client details correct including notes
- ensure all therapists are working economically by room checks and stock analysis
- immediately resolve any health and safety hazards to avoid accident or injury by liaising with
- ensure treatment room organisation and overall Clinic housekeeping are held to a high standard
- be available in the absence of other staff
- attend monthly compulsory Clinic Manager ’s meetings
- report Maintenance issues of all equipment, fixtures and fabric of shop premises to Operations Manager
