Requirements
- be qualified to NVQ Level 3/4 in children and young people or equivalent
- be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills
- have relevant experience working with children and young people
- be flexible to work a shift rota system which includes sleep-in's, weekends and bank holidays
- be passionate about working with children and young people and wanting to make a difference to their future
- have the right to work in the UK
- hold a full UK driving licence
