Requirements
be qualified to NVQ Level 3/4 in children and young people or equivalent
be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills
have relevant experience working with children and young people
be flexible to work a shift rota system which includes sleep-in's, weekends and bank holidays
be passionate about working with children and young people and wanting to make a difference to their future
have the right to work in the UK
hold a full UK driving licence
