Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day management of the company
- driving strategic company growth in the UK and exploring growth opportunities in international markets
- executing and monitoring the performance of comprehensive business plans, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- ownership of the company's financial stability and performance
- ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated and adhered to
- work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure effective marketing strategies are being used and to further strengthen the HydroSure brand
- as buying and sourcing are at the heart of what we do, this role will work closely with the buying team to drive new product innovation and develop relationships with key supply partners
Requirements
- you will have will have held a senior management or directorship position previously
- strong finance and business acumen
- proficient in implementing strategic business plans
- proven track record of managing teams to reach their potential
- an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational skills
- you have a proven track record of leadership experience and be able to identify risks and opportunities for the organisation independently
