- contact people on our CRM system who have made an enquiry online, and book appointments for them to visit our showroom

- other general showroom-related duties
- some pay roll experience is preferred
- cis payments / statements
- vat returns
- reconciling bank accounts and allocating payments
- maintain, review and report sales Ledgers
- ensuring all sales and purchase ledgers are complete and creating monthly payment runs to suppliers/ payrolls
- FCA reporting annually
- review monthly sales commissions, seek approvals, and prepare for payment. Prepare monthly sales commission accrual
