Responsibility
- act as a first point of contact for all customer enquiries and orders
- receive and process high volumes of complex orders accurately and on schedule
- general office administration to include mailings, letters, marketing and filing
- develop and maintain product knowledge
- upsell additional products to customers when possible
- gather market information when needed
- take part in technical training as and when required
- work flexibly to assume additional work for other departments as necessary
Requirements
- reliable with a positive attitude
- full training is given and sales order processing experience is beneficial but not necessary
- willingness to travel to Berlin when required
- sound IT skills on all Microsoft packages is beneficial
- well organised with the ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload
- solid Communication, customer service and relationship building skills
- be able to work independently and as part of a team
