Responsibility
- maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
- one of the many reasons for the success of Hydrocore is its successful sales team
- possess in-depth product knowledge and be comfortable and able to conduct client meetings and CPD’s, while handling objections
- prepare concise and accurate reports, updating of the CRM system, , and other required documentation
- ensure Hydrocore’s reputation is developed at all times
- due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified sales engineer to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on
- achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following the sales process with potential buyers, often including product CPD’s and presentations
Requirements
- three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
- excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- proven success rate at levels above sales quota
- ability to travel
- B2B sales: 3 years
