Responsibility

  • continually check the projects progress toward meeting objectives, determining the cause of deviations from the plan and putting corrective actions in place where needed
  • measure and monitor Customer Complaints; uniform recording, investigation and satisfactory reporting of customer complaints to respond to customer in efficient and effective manner
  • reporting daily, weekly and monthly statistics to different areas of the business to develop continuous improvement practices and solutions
