Responsibility

- this includes designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions

- as our Quality Inspection Engineer, you will work with managers to implement, monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs

- ensuring that all processing is carried out in accordance with both the Company’s and customer’s specification and standards
- developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
Education
- relevant Engineering qualifications or served apprenticeship
Requirements
- experience in a quality Inspection role
- developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems
- demonstrable understanding of quality assurance and ISO9001
- carrying out goods inwards, work in progress and finished build inspections
- working knowledge of CMM measuring techniques
- performing routine visual and dimensional inspections and checking for surface defects, cleaning etc. in accordance with the Company’s drawings and procedures
- working knowledge of surface measurement
- working knowledge of geometric tolerancing
