as our Quality Inspection Engineer, you will work with managers to implement, monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs

ensuring that all processing is carried out in accordance with both the Company’s and customer’s specification and standards
developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
Education
relevant Engineering qualifications or served apprenticeship
Requirements
experience in a quality Inspection role
developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems
demonstrable understanding of quality assurance and ISO9001
carrying out goods inwards, work in progress and finished build inspections
working knowledge of CMM measuring techniques
performing routine visual and dimensional inspections and checking for surface defects, cleaning etc. in accordance with the Company’s drawings and procedures
working knowledge of surface measurement
working knowledge of geometric tolerancing
