Responsibility

  • to work with the Purchasing Team, to ensure effective procurement and scheduling of the business’ requirements
  • visiting suppliers to carry out vendor assessment and audit
  • monitoring stock levels and escalating any discrepancies or rejections to suppliers
  • processing requisitions and updating order originators on the status of orders

Requirements

  • CIPS, although not essential as support will be given
  • training will be provided in line with business and statutory requirements
  • admin / purchasing: 1 year

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
