Responsibility
- assist administration team colleagues with workload as appropriate
- § Invoice is produced and sent to accounts department of customer
- § in the production team for example for stock enquiries
- understands and uses customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience, such as following up and ensuring a timely response to queries
- secure customer orders where appropriate
- obtain quotes from Fedex or other carriers for transport of goods
- ensuring goods entering the UK for maintenance and servicing by Hydrajaws are processed and exited from the
