Responsibility
- communicate effectively with both external and internal emails
- create quotes for customer spares orders
- process works orders and raise delivery notes, ensuring orders are priced correctly
- work closely with credit control to ensure customer account details are accurate, raise proformas and chase payment of these where required
- take card payments for customer orders
- to be the main point of contact for incoming calls to the Service Department, dealing with all calls in a professional manner
- distribute jobs to the Field Engineers on a weekly basis
- book tolls/ hotels / crossings / flights for Hydrafeed staff
