Responsibility
- maintain and service water treatment equipment and associated electrical equipment
- support customers and In-house operations
- install and commission water treatment equipment and associated electrical equipment
- provide supervisory and technical support to customers and colleagues and communicate with internal and external staff at all levels
- ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Hydra-Clear Process Water Ltd are understood and met
- ensure that follow-up work requirements are dealt with or referred to the appropriate staff within Hydra-Clear Process Water Ltd to enable necessary action and recommendations to clients
- always maintain a professional appearance and manner, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the company
- this role is flexible and will include periods of working from home or the office to perform administration tasks to support the customers with technical report writing, quotation writing and engineering evidential gathering to assist the customer in maintaining their equipment to achieve higher reliability or recommendations for upgrading obsolete, aging or under performing equipment
