- relevant HND qualification desired but previous industry experience will be considered
- associate Member of Chartered Quality Institute advantageous
- previous experience in a QA role mandatory
- experience in a technical or engineering environment
- certified Internal / External Audit Training
- experience in a customer facing role
- supervisory skills
- excellent communication skills
Responsibility
- investigate, monitor improve and support all quality associated process and practice to increase customer satisfaction and internal working practices
- ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- responsible for Product Quality in support of customer satisfaction
- check stock for Valve solutions to satisfy Client requirements
- responsible for the management and the performance of internal and supplier Quality Auditing
- produce Price and Delivery to issue to Market Place to satisfy Client requirements
- responsible for reporting data to monitor site KPI’s and local metrics
- complete Technical and Commercial review of supplier quotations to ensure compliance with Client requirements and specifications
