Responsibility
- supporting the Clinic Manager
- handling client enquiries and concerns and explaining treatment options
- effectively communicate with clients and demonstrate a high-level rapport and understanding of their needs
- greet clients on arrival and oversee their treatment
- day to day Clinic administration duties
- oversee Clinic when Clinic Manager absent, including operations of chambers
- work closely with the other Team Members to provide the best possible experience for clients
- ensure the clinic and equipment maintain appropriate hygiene standards between clients
Requirements

- previous background in customer service , Diving or previous Hyperbaric experience
