  • able and committed to undertake and complete the Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Apprenticeship qualification
  • committed to undertaking further training required as part of the role
  • highly motivated and have efficient time management skills
  • A can do attitude and an enjoyment of problem solving
  • enthusiastic with an ambition to learn, share skills and develop
  • an essential requirement of the role is that the successful candidate will have a full, clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle, or be working towards obtaining this

Responsibility

  • providing administrative support to the wider team
  • ensuring site records are obtained from site
  • once suitably developed and established in the role, attending meetings via Teams and in person including travelling to various areas of the country to coordinate and represent the company at Client meetings and having occasional site presence
