Responsibility

  • manage all Food, Beverage, Conference and Banqueting Outlet operations
  • set and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • ensure compliance of operational service standards
  • recruit, manage, train and develop the team
  • manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor and Payroll Costs
  • set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • develop menus with other members of team

Requirements

  • management and/or supervisory food, beverage, conference and banqueting experience
  • able to meet financial targets
  • ability to comply with all Food, Beverage, Conference and Banqueting service standards
  • ability to work under pressure
  • willingness to develop team members
  • flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • ability to work on your own or in teams
  • confident, pleasant and an articulate communicator; able to stay calm under pressure and remain courteous when dealing with difficult situations
