Responsibility
- manage all Food, Beverage, Conference and Banqueting Outlet operations
- set and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- ensure compliance of operational service standards
- recruit, manage, train and develop the team
- manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor and Payroll Costs
- set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- develop menus with other members of team
Requirements
- management and/or supervisory food, beverage, conference and banqueting experience
- able to meet financial targets
- ability to comply with all Food, Beverage, Conference and Banqueting service standards
- ability to work under pressure
- willingness to develop team members
- flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- ability to work on your own or in teams
- confident, pleasant and an articulate communicator; able to stay calm under pressure and remain courteous when dealing with difficult situations
