Responsibility
- preparation of the Group’s UK-based, head-office companies’ statutory accounts under IFRS
- liaise with the external auditors on the statutory accounts
- liaise with the internal tax department on the tax returns for the head office entities
- review of head office VAT return
- review and advise on derivatives, hedge accounting and the production of hedge documentation
- review monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets for the head office entities, including the PLC Company, Management Services Company and Treasury Company
- standard financial controls questionnaires review
- liaise with the internal tax department on the Senior Accounting Officer documentation
