Requirements
- have experience managing a care home for the elderly
- right to work in the UK
- A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
- experience in increasing and maintaining occupancy levels within the home
- an NVQ in social care management
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate with a range of people using a variety of communication methods
- excellent written skills for writing reports
- A passion for working with people and providing person-centered care
