Requirements

  • have experience managing a care home for the elderly
  • right to work in the UK
  • A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
  • experience in increasing and maintaining occupancy levels within the home
  • an NVQ in social care management
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate with a range of people using a variety of communication methods
  • excellent written skills for writing reports
  • A passion for working with people and providing person-centered care
