produce accurate take-offs from self-generated and consultant issued project design drawings
provide compliant, accurate and competitive quotations to the Sales Team
identify value engineering opportunities within a project
liaise with the Sales Teams, Consultants and Contractors whenever necessary
assist customers directly with product and design enquiries
any other duties as required

proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft packages
experience in Estimation, construction drawing take-offs and providing project tenders
confident communication skills

self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
technical proficiency within the Mechanical Building Services industry, particularly in the HVAC sector would be advantageous
experience of working within the residential construction/ architecture sector would be advantageous
