- our client in Dunmow is one of the leading Shipping and transport companies within the local area and they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team
- are you looking for a part time position within a Customer service position? Happy to do a job share on a 12 month fixed term contract? Then we want to hear from you
- are you a confident Customer Service representative/Administrator looking for your next challenge? Are you available immediately and happy to start a 12 month FTC If YES, then we want to hear from you
- filing client and associated paperwork
- this is a 12 month contract at the moment, and they are looking for someone to start work ASAP, there is the potential of this role turning permanent
- first point of contact for incoming calls
- liaising with the client by telephone and email with respect to any additional charges / cancellation
