  • proficiency in joinery techniques including measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
  • knowledge of different types of joinery methods and their applications
  • experience in working with a variety of construction materials such as wood, plastic, metal, etc
  • familiarity with construction painting techniques and finishes
  • ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
  • physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
  • good communication skills to collaborate effectively with other tradespeople
