Responsibility

  • maintaining absolute confidentiality for employees
  • improving, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures
  • maintaining and improving BambooHR system, including entering employee data and documents into the database
  • compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
  • supporting the processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
  • assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews, gathering employee records and issuing employment contracts
  • recruiting staff, including developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, referencing and selecting candidates
  • supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
