Responsibility
- reporting to the HR Director, we have the opportunity for an outstanding individual to join us as HR Advisor
- you will also assist with project work from time to time, including hiring and reward
- supporting complex ER casework via telephone, email, and on-client site with confidence and expertise
- supporting on HR Projects as and when required
- we are creating a new kind of HR in our region. One that is positive, commercial focus, and proactive, and that brings measurable bottom-line value to our clients
- this is a varied role, working across the whole employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, and working closely with managers to boost employee engagement, productivity, and performance
- build relationships to deliver relevant, pragmatic, and commercially sound HR Advice and support to small to midsize clients, on-site, virtually, by email, and by telephone
- providing fast pace responses and accurate advice appropriate to the SME environment, working through our Growth HR Roadmap to provide measurable, value-add service to small businesses
