Responsibility
- to assist and carry out the repair and maintenance of product
- to repair customers product to agreed standards
- to clean, check, test, and refurbish both new and demonstration equipment in line with company procedures
- prepare and set-up equipment ready for despatch, upgrade software, add hardware
- to record all repairs and report using established systems
- assist with internal ICT support and maintenance
- assist with data input and maintain records as required
- to provide telephone, e-mail, Teams and Zoom support on hardware issues to Customers and Distributors
Requirements
- engineering/Electronic repairs: 2 years
