- exposure to Microsoft Intune/Azure
- significant experience in tier 2 technical support, along with extensive knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, is a must
- experience in the charitable sector or NHS
- familiarity with Meraki wireless networks

- there is no formal qualification required for this role; however, previous experience in a domiciliary care setting is advantageous
