• collation of all payroll-related administration, new starters, leavers, all aspects of absence management, attachment of earnings, maternity leave, paternity leave etc
• management of HR and Payroll information systems via Sage and the HR Shared Drive

• supporting the global annual pay review processes, salary reviews and appraisals and providing payroll reports and ad hoc information when required
• working with the UK HR team and acting as a lead support for the implementation of a new time and attendance system
• supporting the Global Head, Total Rewards and HR Operations and the global HR Service Delivery Partners as required, including payroll and benefits projects and HR projects from time to time
• HR administrative support including Contract and Offer preparation, employee references, personnel record keeping
• responding to queries from employees, managers and external parties on pay and HR related matters
• payroll administration of company benefits, Pension data and changes and Royal London liaison, Childcare Vouchers, Bupa CashPlan, Help@Hand Employee Assistance Programme, Critical Illness, Length of Service Awards, Candidate Referral Payments
• working with our third-party payroll provider to provide information related to P11Ds, P60s, HMRC, P45s, Statutory Payments SSP, SMP, tax code change, NI deductions, salary sacrifice and any other queries

Requirements

• previous experience in payroll processing, accounting, or human resources
• strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations
• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
