Responsibility

  • as an Account Executive at Huler, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients
  • you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and presenting our solutions
  • so, you’ll continuously communicate with clients to understand their evolving requirements and keep them engaged through the sales cycle
  • you’ll work closely with HR and people team leaders to demonstrate the value and benefits of our software, ensuring a seamless handover to our customer success team
  • saaS sales cycles can be anywhere from a few months to over a year, depending on factors like complexity of technology and scale of decision-makers involved in the client’s procurement process
  • our Account Execs also act as Commercial Account Managers inside of existing accounts, working with Customer Success teams through contract renewal, uplift and attending QBRS
  • working with Customer Success teams to ensure renewal, and uplift, inside of existing accounts
  • share product feedback with our product teams

Requirements

  • proven experience in growing a customer base and meeting/ exceeding revenue targets
  • knowledge and application of qualification methodologies such as MEDDIC
  • understanding and application of discovery methodologies such as SPIN
  • strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process
  • commercial awareness and good business sense
  • experience using sales tools such as HubSpot, Zoom info and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • A team player who sees the bigger picture as well as focusing on individual targets and success
