arrange repairs with manufacturers when appropriate
work with the processing team to ensure refunds and exchanges are completed quickly
keep an accurate record of your returns to look back across and update progress on each one
work with customers to arrange returns, often providing them with assistance on the process. Communication will be completed via email or platform specific messaging systems
reply to customers emails to assist them with issues and queries
answer phone calls form our phone line and assist customers with their queries
