- keep an accurate record of your returns to look back across and update progress on each one
- work with customers to arrange returns, often providing them with assistance on the process. Communication will be completed via email or platform specific messaging systems
- reply to customers emails to assist them with issues and queries
- answer phone calls form our phone line and assist customers with their queries
