Responsibility
- gardening and Maintenance Person
- maintain the planter boxes positioned around Huddersfield town centre, currently in the care of Huddersfield BID- during March to November
- to perform jet washing jobs around the Huddersfield BID Zone
- to remove graffiti from premises owned by Huddersfield BID Levy payers
- repair broken or damaged fixtures
- paint interior and exterior surfaces as directed by the BID Manager
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- assist with customer service and welcome tasks during winter months
Requirements
- proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- hours of work
- 8 am to 1 pm
- pay- £11.50 per hour
- 22.5 hours per week
- monday to Friday- Some weekend and additional hours would be expected for major events and festivals
- maintenance: 3 years
- gardening: 2 years
