Responsibility

  • working with the Pavilion Manager, to deliver the organisational strategy for the company
  • ensure the products and services provided by the company meet the expectations of its customers
  • identify and manage staff development and training requirements for the Pavilion
  • maintain Stock control, dealing with the breweries & cash reconciliation
  • work with the management team to deliver effective control of all staff including one to one Supervision Reviews and Personal Development Reviews
  • working with the management team to ensure increased utilisation of function rooms offering Entertainment, Weddings, Banquets and Private Hire
  • working with the management team and our business partners to improve operating and cost efficiencies, identifying opportunities for further cost reductions
  • working with the management team to identify, define, create and implement appropriate Policies and Procedures for every area of the Pavilion`s business

Requirements

  • hold a valid Personal Licence
