Responsibility
- management of the post sales process including contract production and execution
- ongoing relationship management with site and transport operator partners
- performance monitoring and dispute resolution
- overall responsibility for the renewals schedule and contract renewal process
- maximising retention rates and contract levels
- management of direct reports
- support to the direct sales team during major mobilisation events
- supporting the CEO and Finance Director in the production of forecasts
Requirements
- highly professional with a credible and engaging manner
- an excellent general manager with experience leading a team
- process driven with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage and allocate large volumes of work
- an excellent communicator – in writing, by phone and in person
- ambitious, with a desire to learn from the executive team and progress into leadership
- educated to degree level
- experience in the mobility/transport sector
- 8+ years business development or account management experience
