Responsibility

  • maintenance of Accounts
  • processing quotations & Invoices to send to customers
  • credit Control
  • regular Bank Reconciliations
  • month end processes including Bank Reconciliations & customers invoicing
  • processing cash payments
  • liaising with external accountant & bookkeeper who prepares management Accounts
  • working with the Managing Director to improve processes and internal controls

Requirements

  • AAT level 2 minimum
  • experience of Xero or similar software is essential
  • strong book keeping / Finance background
  • good credit control experience
  • admin experience
  • super organised
  • accounts / Admin: 3 years
  • ability to learn quickly
