Responsibility
- dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
- partnering with line managers to review employee relations, performance management and staff management cases
- supporting and coaching line management with absence, disciplinaries capabilities and grievance issues, challenging where appropriate
- manage short and long-term absence, supporting managers with formal meetings
- managing co-owner relationships, responding to any queries or problems
- monitor and review hr policies ensuring they are kept up to date with current legislation
Requirements
- previous experience of working as a HR practitioner
- A breadth of experience in dealing with various ER cases
- commercially astute; able to see the bigger picture and find ways around problems reaching solutions for long-term business success
- ideally experience of dealing with TUPE
- values systems, an ability to apply them in a flexible way
