Responsibility
- supporting day to day business management and the ongoing development of business strategy
- critically review and explain management accounts, investigate variances with budget and previous year and identify areas for improvement
- providing the CEO and Senior Leadership with regular financial and business analysis reports, and financial planning for new ventures
- responsible for the production of detailed Monthly Management Accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, Audit, group reporting, VAT, taxation, Cashflow statement and full commentary - presenting to Senior Leadership Team and Board
- monitoring cash flow forecasting and business expenditure, identifying cost savings and reductions
- leading budgeting and forecasting processes
- managing and delivering timely and accurate financial information to support Company decision making process, correctly evaluate business performances and ensure growth and profitability targets of the business
- support CEO throughout annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting process for the Company and provide finance input to Senior Management in developing the budget in line with corporate guidelines and making support for key company initiatives
