Key Accountabilities of the Post are to: Identify and implement opportunities for increase profitability. Work collaboratively with all interested parties to realise the potential of this aspect of the business. Undertake daytime, evening and weekend duties as rostered, adopting a flexible approach to business requirements and deputising for the House Manager as required. Supervise the Front of House Team in accordance with operational demands, ensuring they adhere to and deliver World Class Service standards at all times. Ensure all Front of House areas are kept clean and tidy and that daily pre-show and building checks are carried out in accordance with theatre procedure with particular emphasis on safety, cleanliness and presentation.
